Unfortunately I am not able to install the livery package 8 for the CS767 (MSFS2020). The aircraft is up to date, but when installing the livery package, an update is requested in the ACE. All other packages I have purchased did not have these problems during installation, even with antivirus program enabled.

I am having this same issue and the fix provided does not work. I purchased my CS 767-300GE Livery Pack 8 via the web, not MSFT store. The issue is that the required version number doesn't populate and when I click next it brings me to a website that says run ACE. Which doesnt help... I would post a SS but it says i need at least 10 posts Sad .... help...
