No overhead panel

Hello,

I just installed the 757 FSX and there is no option to display the 2D overhead panel. I am using the sim to help prepare for my upcoming type rating training and the overhead panel is the biggest reason I bought this. I have reinstalled the program but still don't have the option for the overhead panel (OH). Is there something I am missing?

Can someone please confirm there is no way to display this on the non-steam version of FSX? Haven't been able to display the overhead panel without looking at it sideways with the "free view."

There is no 2D Overhead panel in the 757 Captain III at all. This applies to FSX, FSX-SE, and P3Dv3/v4/v5.

Thank you for your reply. What version of captain sim is this then?
I can't post the Youtube video but this is the title ([FSX STEAM] Captainsim B757 FMC Tutorial). At minute 1:23 he brings up the overhead panel.

Only FSX versions have 2D panels. Since the creation of fully interactive 3D cockpits, no developers really make 2D panels like that any more. Simply position the camera to see the whole overhead and save a camera position... or I even think CS have made an overhead panel view preset.

If you saw a YouTube video of the Captain Sim 757 Captain v2.x, you could/would have seen the 2D Overhead panel opened because it did have it. The latest version of the 757 (757 Captain III) simply does not have it (not even for the 32bit versions FSX/FSX-SE/P3Dv3).
