Spoilers stuck in the extended position

This has just happened suddenly. When I load the 777 running and on the runway, the spoilers are stuck in the extended position.

This has only recently happened. Two days ago I was flying with no problem.

Could this have something to do with an input device (throttle, joystick, etc.)? I can find it, if it does.

I can lower the spoilers with the MSFS shortcut key to retract spoilers, and they will lower, but as soon as I release the shortcut key the spoiler return to fully extended.

Any ideas?

I wonder if my Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable is screwed up.

I installed a new, clean version of B777 but same thing is happening. In fact, now I realize that none of the instruments are working right. Throttle and flaps are screwed, too.
