I purchased the 767 through t he MSFS2020 Marketplace. 

After installation, and after selecting "Fly Now", the screen opens in the cockpit, and absolutely nothing works. The sim is completely locked up.  Often the lock up is so bad that I need to turn the computer off, then on, before I can use it again.

Any suggestions for fixing this will be appreciated.
