Error 48 Unknown Product

I have recently installed FSX Steam Edition on to a new system and have been trying to install the 777 Captain. However, the base pack I Have on my downloads is for the 777-200 Upgrade, and it keeps giving me the unknown product error.

Would it be possible for you to send me a link for the full installer, or would I need to repurchase?

Also, if the full installer works and activates ok, would my 777-300 and 777F expansions work?

Many thanks in advance,

Phil

just to let you know, I've sorted it by buying the base package again. I guess the upgrade wasn't recognised because there was nothing already there for it to recognise

Did the Exterior Model install alright?
Couldn't you have asked for a swap of the 777 Exterrior Model and 777 Base Pack Upgrade for the full 777 Base Pack (I know that was at least done for the B-52 BUFF Exterior & B-52 Driver Upgrade, as Captain Sim did it for me, and others).
