Hello i just got my 757 and 767 my AIRAC Doesn't update in FMC still shwoing AIRAC from 2017

Make sure the AIRAC is being installed into FSX/P3D\Captain_Sim\navigation folder.
If you get them from Navigraph, I thought they would install into the correct folder once you select the sim you were installing them into.

I have done like you said pont AIRAC into P3D\Captain_Sim\navigation load Sim 757 i check FMC there is still airac fron 2017 year i check captain sim 757 folder all show AIRAC 2211 but no in FMC when i load sin and 757 no luck

I run p3dv5 i pointed airac like you told me everything looks good one 757 naviagtion folder is showing like you see Airac 2211 but no in 757 FMC

Not sure what's going on, but I don't have a Prepar3D v5\Captain_Sim\757-III\Navdata folder.
Firstly, in your case the cycle info/data should be in the Prepar3D v5\Captain_Sim\navigation folder, not the Prepar3D v5\Captain_Sim\757-III\navigation folder
Secondly, the file names/types look wrong to me as well. As far as I know, the names and types should be:

Airports.db
Airways.db
cycle_info.txt
Fixes.db
IAPs.db
Navaids.db
Runways.db
SIDs.db
STARs.db

as seen in my attached image.
