I'm reinstalling my products on a new set-up. I orginally bought Block B and Block E.

In my purchases I now have the 'express pack' and the sound set. However, in the extended downloads area I can only download v1.2.

I read that Block B users could get a free upgrade to the 'pro pack' and to look at KB#1147 for this, however this no longer exists.

Is there any way I can download v2.2 of this product?
