APU Will spool up then suddenly shut off (Read 657 times)

APU Will spool up then suddenly shut off

Any reason why the APU will begin spooling up, but then suddenly stop before the engine even gets above 20%.  Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I have the 32bit L-1011 and now the 64bit L-1011.  When I get them up to fly them they load up with engines running, and then shut down. Cannot get them started. P3D v3 and P3D v5. Flying them out of question.

Truly hope you're not still waiting on the answer - I just had the same issue - added full fuel to the "External" tanks and the APU starts as it should.
