Hi.
Can anybody telle me the easiest way to get my product unlocked.
I have been arround Captainsim´s website, but I think its verry difficult to navigate

Please help me

I have now tried that many times, with out luck

I dont know why you are locking MY product. I have bought and payed for it.
How can I unlock MY product

The product is automatically locked after a set amount of installs (each Automatic Online Activation counts towards that number, and you've reached that number now). This is a security measure preventing the product being installed by mutiple users on multiple computers if your Order Number is accessed if you get hacked.

Note. A Manual Offline Activation counts as a single activation, but can allow many installs on the computer that the Code and Key are created for avoiding the locking of the product for much longer period. Each Code and Key is different for each computer, so if you upgrade your computer, you will need to create a new Code, and recieve a new Key if you install it using Manual Offline Activation again.

Hi.
There are NO help in the install prompt. Why are there  not a link to a reactivation page???

The only help I can see is for the 777, and I need to reactivate 757 767

I h ave tried everything without success.
When I try I get this message:

Error #29:Locked Order Number. Number of allowed activations has been exceeded. You must deactivate the software on your first device before transferring to another device. For details please visit https://www.captainsim.com/support


Offline Product Activation
If you cannot use Instant Online Activation, you can give a try to Manual Offline Activation:

1. Turn off your antivirus including default Windows Defender. Why?

2. Generate a product code file on you flightsim gaming computer. How? Watch this video

3. Select the product code file (code_xXXX.txt):
Der er ingen fil valgt

4. Send the product Code to Captain Sim:

5. Get the product Key from Captain Sim. How? Watch this video

6. Use the product Key to activate the product. How? Watch this video

Good Afternoon Captain Sim,

I had a SSD failure and I cannot unregister the product. I have followed every single process to get it unlocked without any success. At which email address may I send a PM with proof of purchase to have my product unlocked ?

I forgot to mention that the process from the second post of this thread that you are referring to unlock doesn't work. Whatever I tried, I always have error 29. Really hope CS can take care of unlocking my product.

seems like none of us are getting our products unlocked , :p , i sent a request to unlock my 767 months ago if i remember correctly... nothing happened yet
