Anyone know if you can do a cold start using keyboard commands? I see quite a number of commands for engines, APU, bleed air, fuel pumps, etc in the sim. Without a checklist, though, I'm just freelancing at keyboard commands in a logical order, and other than turning on/off the battery, and CTRL-E to start all 4 engines, I'm coming up blank. Either I have the wrong combination, or a cold start is only possibly with a cockpit. Any ideas?

Loving what I have... I put together a custom panel using Air Manager and paired it with a custom C130 sound package. Still a lot of fun...
