Urgent - Purchase Error

Hello,

I was in the process of buying the CS 757 Base Pack and RR expansion; when I paid, the Website showed an error but my Bank confirmed via SMS that the purchase was performed successfully.

I tried sedning proof of this to support@captainsim.com but it bounced back, saying the E-Mail was deactivated.

Can anyone help me? where can I writte an E-mail sending details of this transaction?
