Missing Extend Download Service (Read 766 times)

	I am looking to redownload my CS737 and the expansions. I have the two expansions downloaded as they both had the extend download service. When I go to download the base pack, that link is missing. The only link I see if the Knowledge Base link. Any ideas on how to fix this?

	The 737 Classic (737-300) Base Pack [P3D4/5] isn't listed in Your Profile? If not... Did you buy it at a different store, and possibly using a different email address (or bought it using a different email address)?

	It is through the Captain Sim store. The 737 Classic (737-300) Base Pack [P3D4/5] is listed in my profile, I am just unable to download it. There is no extend download service button when I click on the order.
