CS 767 P3D V5.3 : descent Peep Peep (Read 2833 times)

	Hi, I have a problem, which I don't understand why. I bought the CS 767 p3d version 1 week ago. the first thing I noticed was that I heard a short peep tone when taking off at the start .. but it goes away immediately. when I sink with the machine below about FL70 .. I constantly hear a peep tone .. a peep peep .. every 2 seconds approximately .. until the landing. I can't locate where from .. it's not the terrain. I'm on landing approach in EDDM and it's pretty flat there .. but everything was fine in Terran Radar .. in case the problem should be. peeping only stops after landing. Do you have tipps for me ? thank you

	Maybe it's the fake landing gear warning? For some reason CS forgot to disable the default P3D/FSX landing gear warning horn. Real 757/767s don't have a 737 style horn, just the master warnings. if you go to the aircraft.cfg and change this line: "gear_warning_available = 1" to this "gear_warning_available = 0" it will stop.

	Unfortunately didn't work. Below FL50 the peep came to landing.. I don't understand it... I couldn't find anything in the cockpit either... no lights either

	I do not get it. It only happens with Captain Sim 757/767 I also have another company 737,747,777... QW787 or FSLabs... I never have that tone. I didn't install any extra sound packages either... Only EnvSound from Toga, think it has nothing to do with that

	and as said, it always comes below FL50. Recently, however, I noticed that I heard a short sound when I started.. So at takeoff it happens once... and when landing below FL50 constantly until landing

	CEM I played around with the 767 today and I simply cannot recreate what you are getting. It sounds like an alarm or a simple bug. I am guessing you have done the reinstall/repair. I looked at the CS 767 and 757 sound folder and cannot find the sound you have in there. Have you tried in case I missed it? Could you have some other software that is clashing somehow? Might be worth submitting a support ticket if no further joy. Best, Keith
