Dear Captain Sim Team,

I have purchased the 767 V2 last night, however since then I have not been able to install the software.

Unfortunately I cannot activate the product. I have disabled all windows defender option (including real time protection) and firewall but yet I keep on receiving error 24 and it does not activate.
I have also tried manual offline activation, but .txt file is not recognized either (tried that on 2 different computer)
I have also followed all steps regarding that issue found in the forums, no luck.

please help

Dear CS team!

I have same problem as Micha1905.
I bought 777300er, AV uninstalled, defender off and still error 24 - cannot read code.

can you help me please?
