Hi so Hopefully I don't get dismissed here as I genuinely have tried everything I can think of.

So I only recently started flying the 763/CF again. the last time I flew it on 15th Nov using p3d 5.2. in 5.2 I didn't noticed any issues with DX hung errors in any aircraft.

I had no issues before that flight on during it, Recently I have tried with all 3 of the P3D versions in the Title to fly the 763 but no matter what I do I get a DX device hung error on my 3090.

I do run quite high settings but the FPS is great and the most VRAM usage I have seen is about 13GB.

I have tried using 2K texture setting in sim
Simplified exterior
Completely fresh driver install
Completely fresh aircraft install

I have not had this issue in any other developers aircraft and have even done a 21 hour flight twice with no issue.

I also have flown your 757 and 737's a lot recently with no issues at all.
I only get the Hung with the 767 and its been confirmed by others on Facebook groups I'm a member of that they only have the issue in the CS 767.
I have attached my system details for you to see. I am not running out of VRAM which is a known cause of this error as I have 24GB and never get near that, I also never get above 20GB RAM usage so cant be that either and CPU usage is normal for P3D.

Is there a Log or anything the aircraft or sim might create that I can send? there is nothing in event viewer pointing to the crash as its not so much a program crash as the DX hung error meaning a sim restart.

Please help CS I know you might have given up on P3D for development but help us your loyal customers.

FYI I have all your 757 packages, 737 classic packages and 767 packages I am a loyal customer who needs help.

I also might note that 757/767 connect do not add themselves to the sim dll.xml any longer so have to be added manually if we want to use them.

I am having DX HUNG DEVICE issues with P3D v3HF1 and the CS767. I just went back to P3D v5.2. I have not made a flight with the CS767 yet but I wanted to know how did you disabled CS glacs.

I just had DXIG error with the 767F after 2 hours of flying.
I confirm Captain_Sim.glacs.dll it set to .off
First time I used 767 connect during flight, can it be the case ?
