Chrome Textures Very Dark

The chrome textures (wing leading edges, engines, gear struts) are almost black, they lighten up if in the sun a little bit but they are very very dark.  I don't have this problem on the 757.

I am running p3d4.4.

Does look a little dark in your pic.
Do all liveries from other painters also look dark?

Shiny metal seems to look ok on my paint here: (This is on P3Dv5 but that should not matter)

I had the same issue when I was painting another company's 737/747 in v4.4. (If I recall, the internal sim shaders improved in v4.5 and all was well again...of course, I'm relying on my memory here...)

A Google search will reveal several posts on LM's website of the issue...even with third party PBR airports in that version of P3D.

No issues in P3D v5.
