Hello,

Firstly, thank you for a great product, I really love it (when it works nicely), now I have learnt to fly it!

I am also suffereing the same issue as above, no gear showing on a number of models and I also note that I have no operational flight surfaces, although the rudder does appear to work on the status page, but no elevator and no ailerons/spoilers despite checking and resetting all hydraulics.

I have re-installed v1.7 from my existing files, no luck.
I have done a reapair from my existing files, no luck.
I have uninstalled all and re-installed from my existing files, no luck.
I have uninstalled, cleaned all remanents left behind and re-installed from my existing files, no luck.
I have uninstalled and cleaned again, re-downloaded all the files (all AV off) and installed again, no luck.
This evening, I uninstalled again, cleaned again and re-installed one at a time, checking in the Sim each expansion to see undercarriage showing and a large percentage of models for correct flight controls.
All seemed to be working and in good order, untill..... I finally installed the Freighter Essentials expansion and now I have lost the undercarriage on a number of models again, I hope this may be a clue (?).

I am running the base package (!), RR expansion, Frighter expansion, -300 expansion and the **Freighter essentials Expansion** in P3Dv4.5 all at verion 1.7, all fresh downloads and all with AV off.

I also note that during this excersise I have been asked once to re-activate any of these installations (?).

**From the above, I am think that the issue is lying within the Freighter Essentials installation, I have not yet tried to uninstall this to see if fixes the problem, but I will and report back if there is any change.

Thank you for the message and the 'fix', I will try it later on and report back.

I did note above that through all of my uninstalling and re-installing I was not required to re-activate any of the installations as I ran the files (?).

I assume that there is and 'old' key sitting somewhere on my system, which it looks as if you have discovered and noted.

Should I remove any of the other keys and re-install those files again as well?

You will only need to delete the key_xXXX.dat files for the others if you are having the same problem with them. I guess you have figured that out for yourself by now though, seeing as you have fixed the problem.

i'm not getting to install it again it crash when i but in my key maybe new windows is making nuts i turn of my virus protection but i i never now if it is off
