Just give up… they’re not gonna update the 757 for P3D anymore…

It looks like the light is missing transparency on the texture file or with the new PBR maybe it needs to get modified to make that area transparent.

Copying the cs767strR.fx and renaming it  cs757_stb.fx worked for me.

Located in P3D v5 effects folder.

That's one way to do it. I actually edited line 214 of the default of CS757_stb.fx It should be the 3rd line down under [particle.3]  I changed
X Scale=3.00, 3.00 to X Scale=0.00, 0.00 And looks as it did before, I tried your suggestion but it caused some strange bleeding of the light through the wing.

Sorry to sound dumb but where do I find 'particle 3'? I've looked through the CFG for each 757 model but cannot find anything similar.
Line 214 in the CFG is CameraDefinition.7 which is PanPbhAdjust=Swivel
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

cs757_stb.fx can be found in the P3D\Effects folder. Open the file with Notepad, then scroll down to [particle.3], or search for [particle.3] then edit it and save.

BACKUP THE FILE BEFORE MAKING ANY CHANGES.

Best for me → copying the cs1011_stb.fx and renaming it  cs757_stb.fx.

It´s better because CS767 has side L and R for strobe lts,
CS 1011 doesn´t .

And change

X Scale=10.00, 10.00

to

X Scale=5.00, 5.00

exatly as explained above in previous posts.
