captain sim 777 engines not running when starting

hi i have fsx  captain sim 777 base package and 777 expansion package
my problem is  ,,,the aircraft is NEVER running. it says in the manual the default is engines running, but my are not
how do i start fsx and the captain 777 with engines runnung
any help appreciated

From the Start screen select Load > 777-200 Cleared for takeoff (KSEA) > Fly Now.
If FSX already started: got to the Menu > Flights > Load > 777-200 Cleared for takeoff (KSEA) > Fly Now

Either of those should load the 777-200 with the engines running. Once loaded, move the aircraft to any location, the engines should still be running, but you will need to create a new route in the CDU/FMC.
