ACE stops running

Hi all,

Having a slight issue here on the 757 and 767. ACE has stopped functioning, every time I try to run it it just never launches the program. No error messages in Event Viewer giving any hints. The 737 ACE launches fine but had this issue until I installed the 500 expansion.

I did significantly change system configurations around this time. Is there a chance it has bricked my installation? The airplane works just fine just ACE won't run.

Check to see if your Anti Virus program is blocking them. If it is, add both ACE to the AV exclusions list.

It is not - there's no functionality from what I have protecting my system to either block the application or run DEP.

I would say that either your AV (blocking it from functioning correctly), or your  Firewall (blocking it from accessing the internet), which is/are causing it to stop working. You need to check both to make sure there is nothing interferring with its functioning.
What does the Task Manager (enter taskmgr in the Run command) say it's doing when it stops functioning? Not responding?

I have the CS-767 installed with P3Dv4.5 and I found from the ACE I don't see how to configure PAX/CARGO. Am I missing something? Or where to find the Aircraft Configuration Editor to configure Pax and Cargo?

Open the CDU (Shift+6 - Left CDU, Shift+7 - Right CDU) > MENU > Settings > Fuel and Payload, and enter the Fuel, Passengers, and Cargo within the 3 pages (use the PREV PAGE, NEXT PAGE buttons to chsange between pages 1/3, 2/3, & 3/3).
