So when I load up the 777, this is what I see.
Can anyone help me understand how to align the IRS so I can have some nav abilities?

Turn the ADIRU off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.

Using the attached image as a guide, on the POS INIT page of the CDU, a series of empty blocks should appear (orange square) next to LSK5R (yellow square).
To allign, click on LSK4R (green square), to "copy" the coordinates there (the co-odinates should appear on the scratchpad (blue square)), then click on LSK5R to "paste" the co-ordinates into the blank blocks. After a few minutes it should align.
As a general rule, do not start the engines, or move the 777 until after the ADIRU is aligned.

Note. Alignment will take a few minutes unless you go to CDU > MENU > SETUP > Click on LSK4L beside FAST ALIGN, which will immediately align the ADIRU. Wink

hi all.
I'm new in this forum.
I'm from Italy.
I had got the same problem but i found the solution.
For me it's works...
the problem it's SALTY mod.
In boeing 777 there aren't IRS Knobs so if they are off you cannot activate them...
You can solve this issue like this:
go in salty folder, simobject, airplanes and found apron.flt and runway.flt and open both with notepad.
search [LocalVars.0] and add after:
XMLVAR_SeatBelts=1
B747_8_MFD_NAV_MODE=2
this:
SALTY_IRS_STATE=0 //comment : or 2
747_IRS_KNOB_1=2  //this is important matching with IRS 1 KNOB position NAV, 1 is ALLIGN, 0 is OFF and 3 is ATT
747_IRS_KNOB_2=2  //this is important
747_IRS_KNOB_3=2  //this is important
SALTY_ISFD_INIT_DONE=1 //this is the little auxiliary pfd
if you set 0 it will allign in 30 sec.

Don't need to restart msfs2020 but you can recharge the airplane.
that's all.

If you don't want do this you have only one choice: remove salty mod.

It's works for sure.

I hope that this post is usefully for all simmers to solve this issue... Smiley

I've stilla problem: with AP the rudder is always on the right position....uh??? CS TEAM Support, any suggestion?
