No 0.12 version in the 777 Market Place version (Read 4933 times)

	Hi I bought the 777-200ER from the MS Market Place and the latest version of the aircraft is only the 0.10 version. Is the 0.12 update still coming soon to the market or what?

	I've had the same problem for several days, support hasn't offered any solution so far, hope you have more luck getting a solution here.

	Captain Sim should make it very clear to those who will buy, the preference to purchase on the site, about the time of 2-3 weeks for the update to reach the MSFS market version, and an apology, since mods like the CRJ 500/700 from another company , much more complex has been updated several days ago.

When the MS hotfix is out we re-check our update and submit it to MS. The 0.12 was submitted to MS on the 08AUG. The update approval and publishing by MS takes time as well.

	There will be a marketplace update tomorrow instead of today, there was none last week because of technical issues and the week before that 0.12 wasn't submitted yet, so I have high hopes 0.12 will come to the marketplace version tomorrow.

	They delayed the marketplace update again, they cancelled the one on the 20th and said that updates will resume as normal on Thursdays, so if the marketplace update actually happens this time on the 26th then there you go. Never buying anything from the marketplace again.

	This morning we were surprised to have an update of the MP so my Seneca was updated but nothing for the 777-200ER. It's been a month since I bought it, my 30 € cashed for the rest we leave the plane in the hangar. A shame, this is the first purchase from Captain Sim and the last. And don't come and say it's MFS's fault, if the others are updated I don't see why MFS doesn't update yours ...

CS direct customers received the 1.012 update on the 08 AUG. 2. The 0.12 was submitted to MS on the 08AUG. 3. If you got any questions to MS please visit microsoft.com

	Putting the responsibility on the customer is very funny, the Captain Sim company has a responsibility to know what happens and offer a solution, the 777-200 was not updated on August 8, IT IS NOT THE CUSTOMER THAT SHOULD SEEK Microsoft, Captain Sim YOU MUST SOLVE THE PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OR RETURN THE MONEY.

Since CaptainSim already told me that the customer needed to contact Microsoft, I did, the response was "MarketPlace is being updated with content coming to us from the developer ... please contact the developer. .. " Yesterday the SU6 came out, and still no update. On proof of our purchase on the MarketPlace could CaptainSim provide us with a version of their store, that we can finally enjoy our purchase, more than a month that we have it and still 0 theft on the counter

	Good news from MS: I'm very happy to say that we have processed your 777-200ER update and it is now in testing for both PC and Xbox! We are currently targeting release for Thursday September 9 unless we encounter any issues that would block our ability to release.
