757II unable to install

I sent a PM to Captain Sim as per the instructions on the forum but it has gone unanswered for several weeks.

I am getting the Error 29 message when installing. Apparently my code may be locked or something.
I tried ABC, but nothing worked. The manual installation failed too activate my code too.
