Is ulocking orders considered Support?

Hi, lost my old pc with my HD, so all my fs9 and fsx products, including activated  CS ones went lost forever...

So when I tried to install some of them to my new machine received "order number locked" message.
So tried the Order number unlock procedure and everything went fine, but not for my 727 FSX order.
Received:
"Greetings,
Thank you for contacting Captain Sim.
Unfortunately we do not support orders processed more than 10 years ago.
All other Order Number(s) has been reset. Please try again.
To avoid your Order Number lockouts in future please do not use VPN/proxy servers for product activation.

Please do not respond directly to this email. Replies will not be processed.
Best regards,
Captain Sim Team"

If you cant even install a product you faithfully purchased, because this depend of the goodwill of the seller, can you honestly call this Support?

Honestly I am sad, because I supported Captainsim since 2002, being one of the first business companies I ever traded merchandise online.

I sincerely expect you to rethink your attitude towards my problem and reset all my order numbers , independent of the age, since I am upgrading hardware here, and has lot of stuff
from you to reinstall.

Your loyal but momentarely displeased costumer

Similar problem, i have had to replace my motherboard and hard drive. Some CS programs are loading ok but i'm getting a message stating that i'm entering an incorrect order number for my B727. Purchased 27/2/2010. over 25 products purchased to date so hopefully support will b forthcoming.
I tried down loading the program several times but to no avail. What next...?

cheers
