McAfee anti virus

Recently switched to P3D V5.2. I have discovered that my ACE will once again not open. It is added as an exclusion in my McAfee anti virus which has previously solved the problem. I have also tried turning off McAfee entirely but no luck.
Help or suggestions appreciated. Is it possible to download just the P3D V5 version?
Thanks
Warren

Won't make a difference.

Hi
Thanks for the prompt response. I'm at the stage where I wish to attempt a reinstall but have exceeded the number of download permissions - have written to ask for additional. In reference to McAfee why will the ACE not open if I have included it as an exclusion (in McAfee)

Good question to McAfee.

Not sure exactly how but I was able to accomplish another download and after initiating the first part of the installer I tested and ACE was / is working as it should - at least until McAfee finds it.
Thanks
