ACE is not included in the MSFS Marketplace version.

Captains,
It appears that some of you are not aware of ACE existance and/or purpose.

The ACE (stands for Aircraft Configuration Editor) is a free utility that helps you with CS products.
ACE for the 777 Captain III provides: free liveries management, updates, service tools that fix various tech issues (like the recent missing sound issue).

ACE is included in the product as a free bonus (Start>Captain Sim>777 ACE MSFS2020)

If ACE is missing or doesn't work on your device, say thank you to your AV and reinstall the product.

ALL UPDATES FOR THE 777-III ARE AVAILABLE VIA ACE ONLY.

START is the Windows button, found on the bottom left side of the monitor by default. When you click on it, it opens a menu like you see in the attached image. You scroll down to Captain Sim, and there should be a link to the 777 ACE (each 777 (200/300/F) has its own ACE) there.

I just purchased the 777 from the MSFS Marketplace and there is no Captain Sim or other related items in the start menu, so none of these instructions help.

I've tried removing it and reinstalling from the Marketplace with AV deactivated. Still no ACE utility. The basic aircraft is installed in the OneStore\captainsim-aircraft-m772 folder, but there is no ACE utility there or anywhere else, and no CaptainSim folder in my start menu.

Is there a place where I can simply download the ACE utility? The 777 with only a CS livery is 100% useless. I need to be able to get liveries installed - that's all. Please let me know ASAP. If I will not be able to get new liveries installed, I will be needing a refund somehow.

We've had AV software for 3 decades or more. For an installer to not work because of AV is unacceptable. Fix this.

Regarding ACE (or lack of it), my experience is the same as tirith63 above, AKA I purchased the 777-200ER in-game in MSFS2020 -- as opposed to the Captain Sim online store. There does not appear to be any ACE Utility. Presumably aircraft updates will be managed in-game through MSFS2020 as well. So then what is the situation with liveries, will they show up in-game (as of writing they have not), or is there some other way to access them? Thank you! GREAT job on this aircraft, looks amazing and very fun to fly.
