Upon landing on ILS G/S established, once 50ft above runway or below no flare commenced.

Make sure the FLARE is armed on FMA.
FLARE will arm when:
- the pitch mode is GS
- the radio alt < 1500
- the dual autopilot ILS approach
- 1CH test passed
