Fire Test switches hold

While IRL the fire test switch in FIRE position will jump off by spring. the Normal procedure are to hold it and push the FIRE WARN button to see if it can mute the bell, that's hard with only one mouse.
So could it be changed that not jump back as the "another" developer's 737?
