Change to aircraft config

Print Post
G'day all, l recently purchased the 767 II and attached a Qantas livery. In doing so, I conducted a search to ascertain their specs for this particular aircraft (VH-OGS). These are as follow:

OEW (Empty Weight):                88723 (in kilograms)
MZFW (Max Zero Fuel Weight):      133810 (in kilograms)
MTOW (Max Takeoff Weight):      184612 (in kilograms)
MLW (Max Landing Weight):      145150 (in kilograms)
Max Fuel Capacity:                        73346 (in kilograms)
Passenger Weight ?:                              95 (in kilograms)

Is there a way to change the aircraft config to reflect these specs?
Thanks in advance

You can change this info in the aircraft.cfg:

[weight_and_balance]
reference_datum_position=0, 0, 0
empty_weight_CG_position=7, 0, 0
empty_weight_pitch_MOI=8837500
empty_weight_roll_MOI=2882488
empty_weight_yaw_MOI=7272727
empty_weight_coupled_MOI=0
max_gross_weight=412000
empty_weight=195600      /198440
max_zf_weight=295000
max_landing_weight=320000
; DO NOT MODIFY:
max_number_of_stations=6
station_load.0=0,  46, 0, -6, cargo fwd
station_load.1=0, -41, 0, -6, cargo aft
station_load.2=0, -52, 0,  0, bulk
station_load.3=0, -10, 0,  3, pax coach
station_load.4=0,  50, 0,  3, pax business
station_load.5=0,  30, 0,  3, pax first

The empty weight is the only one different to what you're asking for, and the empty weight, by default (CS) in the aircraft.cfg is higher at 198440lbs (90011kgs), the rest are the same as you're asking for.

[fuel]
Center1=2,   0, -3, 12068, 0     /0, -3, 11960, 0
LeftMain=-4, -30, -3,  6033, 0      /-30, -3,  6010, 0
RightMain=-4,  30, -3,  6033, 0      /30, -3,  6010, 0
fuel_type=2
number_of_tank_selectors=2
electric_pump=0
fuel_dump_rate=0.0167

The maximum fuel for the 767-300ER is ~72877kgs, and seeing as the fuel settings in the aircraft.cfg are in US Gallons. Above, I have changed the fuel quantity so that it's very close to the 73346kgs that you want (it's about 0.7kgs under what you want).

As for the passenger weight, you can change that in the CDU > Menu > Setup > Fuel and Payload > Page 3/3 > PAX/C CFG(LSK5R) > Pax weight (at the top of the page - make sure you've set the aircraft to use kilograms (although I'm sure you already have)), and change it to 95. It showed 91 KG when I went to take a look, and I left it at that.

Note. I have included a zip file with the modified aircraft.cfg (named aircraft.cfg), and the original aircraft.cfg (aircraft-orig.cfg) for both the CS_B767-300ER-II_PW4060, and CS_B767-300ER-II_PW4060_4D models. Extract them to the P3D\SimObjects\Airplanes, and allow the aircraft.cfg files to be overwritten, and you're good to go.

If it doesn't work properly, you'll have to revert to the original settings, but I believe it'll be fine.

Edited:
The aircraft.cfg's do not include the QANTAS livery, so you will need to add it again.
