can't get rid of winglets on custom livery

Hey everyone, slightly weird issue I've never had before. I like to make my own fictional liveries for all of my add-ons. Went and made one for the 767 and meant to have one version with winglets and one without, however, I can not seem to get the version without winglets to appear without them. I *believe* I have the .cfg entered correctly, and I also have "no winglets" selected for this livery as well. I have restarted P3D several times and have tried making it the only aircraft I load, but I can't seem to drop the winglets. Any Help?

1. Open the ACE 767
2. Local mode
3. Select Aircraft Type
4. Select Variation
5. Down near the bottom left, you will see Winglets, select the No
6. Click on Save
(see attached image)

That should remove the winglets from the aircraft.

That was one of the first things I checked when I noticed the issue. Maybe a full uninstall/reinstall is necessary ? Seems all of the 767s are now stuck in perma-winglets, including the CS House liveries, many of which have a 0 for winglets in the .cfg file and a "no winglets" in ACE. I will report back after doing a clean reinstall and see if that solves it, interesting mishap for sure though.

*Update* after reinstalling, still have the mysterious unavoidable winglets. They are no longer appearing on the house liveries, but I can not for the life of me figure out how to get them off of my livery. I have No winglets in ACE, the .cfg file calls for the non winglet 4D model to be used, and the ui_wglts is set to 0. What am I doing wrong here????

Unzip the attachment to ...\Prepar3D v4\SimObjects\Airplanes\CS_B767-300ER-II_PW4060\panel\

That will add an option to control winglets on the fly from simicon panel (shift2)
