I have a great resource I reviewed for AVSIM years ago, but it no longer seem to be available for others. It's a lengthy PDF that clearly spells out the flight planning and (especially) navigational procedures for transatlantic flights. It's the 767 Long Haul and ETOPS Guide byJoshua Mason-Allen. He has apparently moved on to bigger and better things in real world flying. It would be equally useful for 757 flights. I'm not sure if anything came along to replace it. Anyone know if he made it available elsewhere, or if there was something else that came along later? I mean, I have it, but it would be nice if other pilots could enjoy it.
