Stabilizer Problem

I read a topic related to this but found no solution.  P3Dv4.5.  I can't get the stabilizer to trim properly.  No matter what I've tried I can't get the trim to move fully while setting trim.  In every position I'll get the Stabilizer aural alarm on takeoff.  I don't see this explained anywhere in the manual.  Am I missing something or is this a setting?
Help needed or the 767 is unflyable.  Thanks.

I cannot get the stabilizer trim to go past 2.5.  The FMC gives a reading of 3.10.

You’re reading it backwards. The trim is read from the bottom of the band not the top. So you’re in full nose up and need to do nose down.

I see that.  Thank you.  But now, when I set the trim correctly the stabilizer returns to the full nose up position.  It doesn't hold the trim as set.  Thoughts on why and how to fix this?  Again, thanks for your help.

I had this same issue! Search through my post history. I fixed it by deleting the FSUIPC ini file and making a new one. Or maybe I reinstalled FSUIPC, I can't remember.

I deleted the fsuipc.ini.  Of course it rebuilt itself but the problem persists.  Actually, it's also happening on the 757 as well.  Since there is no dedicated CaptainSim support I hope someone from the developer will help with this.  Right now both are unflyable.  BTW, I'm using v4.5.3 and I will be happy to supply whatever is needed to fix this. It's quite an investment for the aircraft to be sitting in the hanger.  Surely, someone can resolve this.

I reported this same problem back in September when using P3D5.0HF2...https://www.captainsim.org/forum/csf.pl?num=1599164914/0#4. ; No resolution.  Not an FSUIPC thing.
Was hoping it might resolve after updating to P3D5.1HF1, but no joy.  So for me this remains a P3D4.5 airplane.

It's not just a v5.1HF1 thing.  As noted, I'm using the latest (last) version of v4.5.3.  It's not good to have a publisher who either chooses not to, or won't, support the products they charge dearly for.  It's both frustrating and sad.

I'm having a similar problem. Whenever I move the trim wheel, it just returns to it's original position. Keyboard commands and joystick switches do not solve the problem either.
I also tried looking for the file that was mentioned above (fsuipc.ini), and didn't find it for P3Dv4.5. I'm not sure how to resolve this issue.
