Order Number Lockouts & VPN/Proxy Servers

Dear Captain Sim,

Thank you for resetting my product order number.  In your reply, you provided the following advice to avoid future lockouts:

"To avoid your Order Number lockouts in future please do not use VPN/proxy servers for product activation."

To the best of my knowledge, I am not using VPN or proxy servers for my activation.  I am at at my home computer, using my internet service provider (Cox Communications), who also provides bundled home services like phone, internet, and cable TV.    Unless there is something behind the scenes that I'm aware of, I don't believe that I am using a VPN or proxy server.  Is there some what to check this so that I may avoid any issues in the future? 

I don't remove FSX often, but it does happen from time to time.
