Fuel and Cargo load 767 & stabaliser trim setting

Hello

When using my flightplan to enter data into the FMC do I have to enter fuel, passenger and Cargo quantities and weight using the internal loading or can I enter all the data into the FMC

Is there a Load Manager similar to what used to be used in the another company 767

When setting the stabiliser trim is it possible to set the precise units (e.g 3.4) or do I just set as close as possible?
