hardware jitter

My throttles are jittery and move on their own after I set them in the 757 with P3D. For example, I manually set them full for take off and suddenly the left one moves to 80%.   I have Go Flight TQ-6.  I don't experience this in other aircraft.  What can I do to fix it?
