757 Sound Pack Updates

In addition to everything I've added shown in this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l-TMI...

Added some cool features to the Rolls Royce version, these are completely separate from the engine sounds, they use a gauge to make the sounds.

First of all I want to thank you for your amazing sounds!

Second, I can't hear the spool up sound, or the "howl" sound from the RR engines for some reason.

Just making sure, in your panel.cfg for the RB211, you added the EngineRR line?

Is this compatible with the -300? Because I am getting an xml sound error regarding the flaps.

I donā€™t own the -300 which is why I didnā€™t include it in the installation instructions. It definitely would work with it, but it would involve some creativity to get it installed. When you get the error can you scroll down to the bottom of it and let me know exactly which file is missing?

Looks like I am also getting this error in the -200 as well. It happens right when I switch to the exterior view.

The flap files are definitely in there. Download the files again and copy and paste those into that folder.

Is it something as simple as modifying the cfg entries to get this to work with the freighter and/or the -300? Or is it more complex than that?

Itā€™ll work exactly the same, just add the lines to the remaining 757 panel.cfgs

I found a small bug on this, when doing light test (Christmas tree test), there will be a braker trip sound and all avionic noise gone, seems like you have linked this to a warning light rather than actually switches?

Also can you please add a click sound for speed brakes armed? that would help when I use saitek TQ to set the speed brake Tongue

Yup you found the Easter egg! Itā€™s based off both switch positions and lights, nothing I can do about that since using switch positions only would cause you to hear it when the electrics are completely off. I could try the clicking sound I guess.

I downloaded the whole pack from avsim version 2.15 is it the correct one ?
It sounds great ! Just one question, it seems to me little bit too noisy, is there any one parameter where it can be adjusted ?
many thanks !

Noisy as in loud? Which version? Cockpit only? Etc?

Hmm this is the first time someone complained about it being too loud. In your Windows sound setting, loudness equalization would throw it off completely and make the quiet sounds much louder. So try turning that off if it's on.

You can try editing the ini for volumes but be warned some of the start/stop sounds are hard coded volumes so if you try and change them, you'll hear some weird spikes in volume.

Sound05=757_Int_Fuel_LA_Start.wav, -1800 << make that number a smaller value for lower volume. ex: -2000 is very quiet, 0 is fully loud. -5000 is pretty much silent -10000 is completely silent

Hello everyone, question...

Does this sound pack prevent sound muting with the mouse clicking to another screen or another open application
