PROG - FUEL

I'm flying PHOG-KSEA today. Estimated fuel remaining at ZINNO and KSEA is off unless our fuel economy is 2,476nm per 1,000lbs. of fuel.

I had this happen when I programmed a route for a flight from YMML to YPDN:

YMML RWY16/KEPPA9 UH366 NATYA J19 BHI T25 TNK J30 TN VEGPU5A/LAPAR ILS28-X/LAPAR YPDN

As soon as I added the Approach, the amount of fuel remaining went from ~18k lbs to only a few thousand less than the total fiuel on board (I can't remember the exact fuel quantity I originally decided on for the flight).

Thank you, Mark
What AIRAC cycle are you using? I do not see ILS28-X in the 1911 and 1706.
Anyway, I try to use VEGPU5A/LAPAR ILS29-X/LAPAR YPDN - no problem. PROGRESS Page show me about 40K lb of the fuel, needed for this 4-hours flight.

Thanks,
It would be a good idea to always attach the saved flight, so that we can accurately reproduce the situation.

I'm confused.

Isn't Mark a CS team member? Shouldn't you know what software he is using? This should be standardized or at the very least you should know what your team members are using....that's basic testing methodology.

Sorry. That was a typo (a mistake). It should be ILS29-X.

I'm using AIRAC cycle 1706, which comes with either the Captain Sim 757 III, 767 II, or 777 II. I'm not currently subscribed to Navigraph, so the last one I have from them is AIRAC 2002, and I didn't bother to install it after reinstalling the Captain Sim aircraft.

Files attached. The reason they weren't attached was because I was doing a flight in a different aircraft at the time I wrote the post, and hadn't saved the problem flight.
