I had installed v0.98 and I noticed some problems such as animations not working and the exterior cabin had all the seats from the center missing. So I decided to reinstall it. I made sure my antivirus was off. The animations work and the chairs have returned but I clicked on the HSI and noticed that it wasn't giving live feedback. Any ideas?

That rare case then AV is not the reason for the issue.
You just have to uncheck SIMPLIFIED EXTERIOR in ACE.
