CS appreciate fast action on hydraulic bug, but why strobe lights could not be fixed by that hot fix ?

Hmm...., just started L1011 after hot fix and already see a bug.
C&D with grnd power on.
System is depressurized but pressure gauge below main gear extension lights shows 3000psi  Shocked
PLEASE check things before publishing, please.1
