AIRAC and how to load a flightplan?

I have two questions, where can i find in the fmc wich AIRAC is loaded? And second i cant load a flightplan in the fmc, its made by simbrief and saved in the right dir.

You find the Airac loaded in MENU -> IDENT

I assume you can update them with Navigraph?
What directory is the NAV info stored in?

Save the flight plan made using Simbrief as a default P3D Flight Plan (.pln) to Documents\Prepar3D v4 Files (or Documents\Prepar3D v5 Files), then load it into the FMC
