Problems with configurations for taxi/ take off

Hello all,
Please see the attachment. How do I set the attitude indicator and the airspeed indicator? In addition, I've noticed that the atitude indicator becomes activated once the plane becomes airborne after takeoff. In addition, the transponder screen is blank on the ground, but it appears activated once the plane is airborne.

The only way I was able to replicate your problem, after starting the engines, was to turn the STANDBY POWER Switch to OFF (centre position).
