Order email just disappeared

Hello I tried sending an email to support and they sent me here. Not sure why as the community doesn’t have my order number but I bought the 777 from Simmarket back on March 4th (have the serial but I’m not posting it) and I need the order number. I got the email originally but now it’s just vanished. This isn’t the first time a sim order email has disappeared either. I just need my order number to reinstall because the plane crashes my sim before it even gets to the loading screen.

Also appears both CS products I own crash the sim when trying to get to the loading screen

Just add SM before the serial. Or use this
