Why cant I undock the overhead panels so I can move them up to my 4th monitor and out of the way of the main panel view?

I can undock them, so you should be able to.

I'm running C-130 in FSX on a Windows 10 machine. I've been able to drag each of the pop out panels to a 2nd monitor, however, when I undock the overhead panels and move them to the 2nd monitor I can only get one of the overhead (OH) panels to be visible at a time. As soon as I select one of the OH panels, the other one disappears. It won't allow me to have both OH panels visible on the 2nd monitor at the same time. I've tried it in both 2D and VC cockpit, both in windowed mode and fullscreen. Clearly, I'm missing something. I'm hoping to have both OH panels on a touchscreen monitor to use it as a proper overhead panel.
Any help or advice, please?

It's programmed to close one when you open the other using the Simicons Panel (Shift+2). If you open one with the Menu > Views > Instrument Panel > Lower Overhead Panel, undock it (you need to resize the undocked panel starting at the top, then sides, and move it to one side of the screen, before the next step), then open the Upper Overhead Panel the same way, undock it, resize it the same way as before, and both should remain visible when moved to another monitor (it did for me, but I only have a single monitor). See attached image, where both panels are undocked and open.

Thank you very much, Markoz. I'll flash the program up and give it a go.
Cheers.
