If a desired livery is not availble via ACE for P3D4, you can manually install any of the FSX liveries.

A lot of the links in the FSX liveries don't work or redirect somewhere else.

That's exactly why we keep liveries at our server since the 757-III.

Indeed most of the links are dead. I was looking for an American Airlines 772, but the links redirecting to fsresource don't work and the AVSIM library links also seem to be dead.

Additionally, there is no modern American Airlines livery in the ACE for the 772 (GE90 versions). Any help regarding additional liveries would be greatly appreciated!

P.S.: an iniBuilds livery for the CS 772 doesn't load correctly, it would be awesome if someone could verify that the issue is not on my side: https://www.inibuilds.com/captainsim-liveries

EDIT: got the iniBuilds livery to work! It can be installed via the ACE, however, it does need a new thumbnail, as the included one is not an AA 772. The thumbnail on the inibuilds page can be used for that, once converted into a jpeg.

I downloaded, and added, the American Airlines 757-200 (N939UW) via ACE, and I didn't need to add a thumbnail.

Thanks for looking into it! I was talking about the 777 which hadn't a correct thumbnail, but that is only a minor issue.

This is just a general thing, but there are a lot of liveries that are no longer available which is a shame, because liveries can make aircraft so much more appealing. It would be great if the community could re-upload those missing liveries (should they still have them on their hard-drives and such) in an attempt to rebuild the livery collection.

be great if someone could update that page, not hard surely, e.g. John Murchison's paints are all now on Avsim.

etc...
