Hi, i have reinstalled windows and whilst putting all my software back on, i have been stopped by the exceeded activation limit for the 757 base, 757 RR and now 757F. I have used the online query form and you have reset first the base, and then i had to resubmit for the RR, which has now been unlocked but the Freighter remains locked despite 2 times requesting the unlock. Please can someone help me get it unlocked.

Email received now and order unlocked for all versions. I was unsure because i requested both the RR and F unlock and only the RR was unlocked initially, so it looked like the system was automated and would not unlock the F.
