Have not tested this in all aircraft, but so far have run into it with the 752 RR freighter.

I can turn and deflect the ailerons, but can not move the elevator in any way. The yoke does not move at all, up or down, unless the AP is on, and then the yoke moves as expected, but obviously doesn't move any control surfaces.

Any idea what could be causing this......?
