Speed control

I'm now at the point of asking for a refund!

I purchased B757III a few months back and as of yet have not been able to use it properly.
Regardless of what I do I am unable to adjust the speed setting, it's on 200 and that is where it stays unless I'm using the CDU.
Selecting the pop up MCP makes no difference.

Unless I can get this sorted within the next month I'll be asking for a refund - to date it's just been a complete waste of money!

I have tried so many things, installed all updates etc and still no joy.
In desperation I wiped my entire PC so it's back to factory setting. The only things installed are FSX and Captain Sim B757III and nothing else and still no joy, I just cannot alter the speed.

Is there ANYONE who can help in someway.
I'm running windows 10 64 bit and running out of patients!!

Thanks in advance

It works fine for me in all of the flight sims (FSX/SE/P3D3/P3D4).
You are trying to change it using the Mouse Wheel (in the VC and on the 2D panel), and not the Left or Right Mouse Buttons?
