Takeoff Alarms

Dear fellow 737 captains,
When I depart from the moment I set takeoff thrust to the moment those wheels leave the ground I get the most annoying combination of two alarms, any ideas? Is it a bug or am I just stupid?

Maybe your trim setting is out of the green zone.
