Hi All,
I'm trying to uninstall and then reinstall my CS737-200 and 200ADV but when I go to the Start, Captain sim,Captain Sim FSX and then 737-200 base pack or 737-200ADV Expansion model they both say empty.
So I went to my MSFS root folder and found the Base pack and expansion Pack uninstall icons, but when I right click on them select run as administrator the gizmo just sits there rotating and the folder MSFS goes to "not responding", and when I use File Manager to close it down the computer crashes to desktop
How do I uninstall?

Hi Mark,
Thanks for that, I didn't find a repair option ( I'm using FSX if that makes a difference?) so I just went with the flow and installed it, or should I say them as I also installed the ADV as well.
The two CS737-200 installation links I downloaded the other day rather than use the ones I had stored historically, so I assume that the new ones are fully up to date? Previously I had to download 1800 and 1801 links.
The sim seems to work but has many problems, which I thought had been ironed out over time.

It must have been an install option since there was no mention of repair.
Either way, having installed it I now found that I had the uninstall options in the Start menu, so I uninstalled both the -200 and the ADV, and then reinstalled them again so that I was sure that no vestige of the old one existed.
Is the download from the CS website inclusive of all the update patches?
OK slap my legs I've just found the patch on the same page as the download, DOH! My apologies for my stupidity!

Thanks for that Captain Sim team, OK here's the next problem, when I advance the throttles to set EPR the engines slow right down as they approach max and I run out of throttle movement ( I hit the stop!) before I reach the set EPR. I seem to recall that this problem came up in the past and a clever person created a fix for this, was it a replacement .air file? Anyway I can't find the fix in the Forum has anybody got any ideas how to fix this problem?
