It appears that neither of the tutorials that are part of the installation talk about TO/GA takeoffs, ie, how they're performed / procedures ? In particular, what should be done with the throttle - left at ~55% NI after engaging TO/GA or pushed fully forward, what annunciations should be seen in the PFD, etc ?

However, not too sure which document(s) you're referring to ?

If it's the LT tutorial, then there's no mention of a TO/GA takeoff that I can see..

"When cleared for takeoff, start the clock and slowly advance the thrust levers while keeping the aircraft straight using the rudder." - no mention of engaging TO/GA ?
